Louisiana Pond Management can service your fountain. If we installed it, then we can service it. If we did not install it, we should be able to schedule a visit to assess and likely diagnose the issue. After an onsite assessment of the unit we can recommend next steps for service, repair, or replacement.
We are honest, we communicate, and we are professional with years of knowledge and experience.
First, please be SAFE…
If your fountain has turned off, it may be because there is a clog or an electrical issue, possibly an electrical leakage.
Do NOT put your hands in the fountain assembly to check for clogs without turning off power, completely to the fountain at the control panel and the feed breaker.
Do NOT enter the water or attempt working on the fountain or any components with out the power turned off at the control panel and the feed breaker.
A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, GFCI, turns off power when it detects electrical leakage. It can be reset with a push of a button or turning off the breaker completely and then turning it back on. If it trips again and turns off the circuit. Please call us or another qualified technician. If it turns back on with no further issue, it may have occurred as a result of a storm with lightning in the area or another electrical abnormality with the actual supply. Do not repeatedly reset a GFCI, as it can increase its sensitivity and not function properly, causing the need for a replacement.
Call us at 225 308 4145. Please take a picture of the inside of your control panel, the installation area between the panel and the pond, and the fountain as is- operational or not. This will help us with the investigation process and eventual repair of your fountain back to service.
