Our Company

Louisiana Pond Management is a subsidiary of Enterprise Aquatics LLC and a proud, Louisiana-based full-service pond and lake management company. We have operated for over a decade since 2015 and have over 50 years of combined experience.  We are trusted partners for private landowners, HOAs, neighborhoods, commercial properties, community management companies, and recreational fishing enthusiasts across Louisiana and southern Mississippi..

Whether you own a small urban stormwater pond, a neighborhood retention pond, or a dream recreational fishing lake, we deliver comprehensive, customized solutions that protect water quality, control aquatic vegetation, enhance aesthetics with fountains and aeration, and build thriving fisheries.

Education– We strive to educate our clients on the best approach to each project whether it is stocking, vegetation control, and equipment.  We provide consulting and reports to reinforce this process and allow our clients to make decisions with real information. 

We are fully licensed and insured, with five certified herbicide applicators on staff, and we stand behind our work with professional, reliable service that Louisiana property owners can count on year after year.  

Our Team

Our strength lies in our people — a dedicated team of LSU-trained biologists and aquatic professionals who live and breathe pond management.

• Ken Rust – Owner M.S. in Fisheries and Aquaculture, Louisiana State University. With more than 35 years of national and international experience in pond management, aquatic plant culture, water features, filtration systems, fisheries enhancement, and aeration design/installation. Ken serves on the board of the Louisiana Aquatic Vegetation Management Association (LAVMA), helping provide training and recertification for aquatic herbicide applicators statewide.
• Robert Arms – Field Manager Fisheries degree from Louisiana State University. An expert in reptile and snake identification, Robert has been managing field operations with us since May 2016.
• Diane Meloche – Project Manager Graduate of LSU’s Natural Resources Ecology & Management program. Diane has been with the team since 2018, handling project estimates, invoicing, and client coordination.
• Brandon Hernandez – Field Manager LSU Natural Resources Ecology & Management graduate. Brandon joined in 2020 and specializes in scheduling, logistics, vegetation control, and aeration system projects.
• Sarah Parsons– Office Manager Stacy manages daily office operations, client onboarding, scheduling, and keeps every project running smoothly.
